Grave Solutions offers several services, with pricing scales based on the service or the service level you choose.
Single Listing:
$59 – 1 year
$79 – 3 years
$89 – Until Sold (Also includes a written appraisal)
A single listing includes an ad that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the time range you purchased. Your ad is interactive. You select a password and the data bank assigns you a User ID. Edit or change your ad as often as you’d like.
Consignment Listing: (Broker-assisted listing)
$69 – 1 year
$79 – 3 years
$89 – Until Sold (Also includes a written appraisal)
A consignment listing offers the same services as the single listing in addition to entering into a Consignment & Brokerage Agreement. This requires you to pay a 20% commission if the property is sold for you by any sales entity. When the agreement is returned, a brokerage ad will be placed in addition to your sale by owner ad. You have the right to accept, reject or counter any offer presented. You retain the right to sell the property yourself and only pay a 5% commission to Grave Solutions for advertising and information services.

I tried to purchase a crypt through this site and they never delete any listings, so many I tried to contact either the emails didn’t work, the phone numbers had been changed, or the few I did to speak with had ALL told me they sold the spaces months and even years ago! I even went to look at one space, only to find it OCCUPIED! I emaile them about the problem, but they still left up all the ads……I think they do so to ‘look’ like they actually have legitimate listings. It’s a shame to take people’s money and just cram what few real ads they have in with 40 that are bogus!
Every listing on http://www.gravesolutions.com is a legitimate listing. Unfortunately, sometimes people sell their property and never report the sale so the listing can be posted as sold or removed. Also, people move, change phone numbers or emails and do not change the ad to reflect new contact information. We adjust all ads when we learn of a sale, move, phone change, etc. Grave Solutions has a toll free number 888 742 8046 and is available to help any customer make changes or corrections to the information in the ad.
I need to change my ad to two spaces for sale in Floral Hills Garden of Life Eternal, Kansas City, Missouri, from the three originally listed. Gave one to my niece.
